CowManager is a leading cow monitoring company that helps dairy farmers to increase the health, efficiency, and productivity of their cows through innovative technology solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team in Germany, reporting to the Commercial Director in Harmelen. The ideal candidate should have some years of experience in both on- and offline marketing, content creation skills, and be a self-starter who is hands-on and cooperative. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the dedicated German Commercial Team and responsible for executing our Marketingplan in Germany. By (co-) developing a targeted social media strategy, entering into collaboration with knowledge partners, being present at relevant fairs and organizing farm visits, you will increase brand awareness and customer loyalty of CowManager. You will design creative content with effective texts for our various channels and markets, always trying out new things, daring to think ahead, and successfully implementing social media trends. You work together with the head office and translate the corporate branding and mission & vision to the local market. Additionally, you will regularly drive to our customers for video shoots and work together with our external video production partners. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is hands-on, able to guard the CowManager brand according to Brand Guide, and have knowledge of effective use of (social) media channels. You should also like & be able to travel across Germany to meet with clients and partners. Responsibilities: Execute the Marketingplan for CowManager in Germany; Manage stakeholders and provide marketing support to Sales Germany, WordWide Sires, Baywa, Masterind, and Galaxis; Increase brand awareness and customer loyalty through targeted social media strategy, collaboration with knowledge partners, and organizing farm visits; Design & distribute creative content with effective texts accross various channels and markets; Keep a close eye on our competitors and raise our Share-of-Voice; Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to increase engagement, traffic, and sales; Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to develop and execute marketing initiatives; Maintain and update the company's social media presence; Attend industry events and conferences to represent CowManager
  • 3-7 years of experience in both on- and offline marketing;
  • Experienced in content creation skills as including copywriting & DTP (Indesign);
  • Native German speaker and good in English;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce;
