CowManager is preparing to launch a global advice program for its customers to maximize customer success by using the full potential of the CowManager products. For the USA, we are looking for a CowManager Performance Specialist USA. As a CowManager Performance Specialist you will be closely working together with a global team of experts on engineering, dairy, nutrition, animal health and breeding. You will be responsible for consulting and advising our clients for a maximum return rate for their CowManager management systems. Together with your team you introduce the market of North America to the newest innovations in cow management technology and you help them with a smooth implementation of said technology. Being a technical generalist, you can communicate with any stakeholder regardless of their background. The JobBeing part of a global team that is responsible for setting up a consultancy/advice program for dairy farmersDriving customers success by maximizing the technical results of their business, by analyze business results, possible improvement potential based on data from CowManager, data from Herd management systems and others.Working together with other on-farm experts, partners and consultants (Owner, Herdsman, Vet, Nutritionist, Breeder)Help developing the tool CowManager InSights as the driving success behind the Dairy Performance advice programProvide input for general product enhancements to the team in the USA and CowManager HQ in The NetherlandsAssist in the large herds sales processing by using your data analysis combined with outstanding dairy knowledgeFrequently visit customers to identify and evaluate their businessOrganize online training sessions and open housesAttending expo’s and fairsAssist with other product innovations introductionsHappy cows, happy farmers will result in life-long CowManager usage!Primary focus is USA and willing to provide services worldwide at times.

The Skills 

Ideal candidates for this career should have a strong agricultural background including:

Passionate about the dairy industry and technology!

Excellent background in Data analytics and extensive knowledge of Herd management systems

Being a self-starter and taking ownership of your responsibilities

Excellent technical knowledge of dairy farming

Have a commercial mind-set, client facing experience is a must

Willing to travel approximately 50% of your time
